Public Safety Reminder

The Oviedo Police reminds you to lock your cars and close your garage doors.

Garage Sale Signage

The HOA has placed a letter on file with the City of Oviedo allowing homeowners to place garage sale signs in the community's common areas. Homeowners must go to City Hall to receive a special tag to place on signage. Signs without the tag will be removed.

Feeding Wildlife

Florida law prohibits the feeding of some wildlife, including alligators and raccoons due to the risk of creating a public nuisance. Read more about Florida's Alligator Management Program.

The Architectural Review Committee meets at 7:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the Board of Directors meeting at:

It is located two (2) storefronts down from Tijuana Flats or across the street from Winn-Dixie Plaza on Lockwood Blvd.

Homeowners can submit their request for ARC approval at this meeting.  Please bring duplicates of all documents.
