Board
The Board normally meets the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM at the
Reformed Theological Seminary (located near the intersection of E. Mitchell
Hammock Road and Alafaya Woods Blvd.) and all home-owners are invited to attend.
The agenda has a members’ input session at the beginning of the meeting.

Here are the board members:
President: James (Jim) Ellerbe who has lived in Twin Rivers for 19 years
and has served on the board for four terms. He is retired from Sprint.
Vice President:
Secretary: Cheryl Munn is a retired Air Force Spouse and the mother of
two sons. She has lived in Twin Rivers since January 1995, and on the board
since 2005. She was elected secretary in 2008.
Treasurer: Robert Rhoades who has been on Point O Woods Court since early
2003. Has been in the Orlando area working for local architectural firms for the
past 23 years.
Member:
Tamara Lallement has resided on Shoal Creek Court
since 2004 and in the Oviedo
area for over 19 years. She graduated from William and Mary and JMU in Virginia with majors in
Political Science and Pre-law. She has worked in the legal field full time for
approximately 24 years. Recently, she began subcontracting for the Department of
Justice and several Orlando
based law firms as a Litigation Paralegal/Legal Strategist in order to devote
more time to family and community. She has two sons in the Oviedo school district. Her husband, Rick, is
a Homicide Detective for Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Member:
William M. Messer III (Sonny) and his wife have lived on Pinehurst Court for
19 years. He is a native Floridian with ancestors who pioneered Central Florida
as far back as the 1840s. He has been an engineer at Boeing for the past 31
years. He has several family members, including his daughter and son-in-law, who
also own homes and reside in Twin Rivers.
Member: Ann Blacketer who has lived in Central Florida for the past 25 years
and has lived on Kelly Creek Ct. for the past 17 years. She has actively
contributed efforts in the Kelley Creek Neighborhood Watch and maintains watch
over the Kelly Creek Circle side of the Reserve for the privacy of the
residents.
